LECTURES AND TRAININGS

The goal of Just Consulting’s trainings is to raise awareness, motivate participants and provide them with tools and techniques to contribute to an inclusive organisational culture.


All the trainings are based on an intersectional approach and are adjusted to the clients' needs. They can vary from single lectures to a more advanced training programme.

  • JUST WORKPLACE

    A practical training for all employees. The participants will learn about diversity, equality, and inclusion, get to know themselves and learn about effective ways to positively influence the organisational culture.

  • JUST MANAGEMENT

    A practical training for (middle-)managers, where the participants will get to know themselves and be provided with tools and techniques on how to become a better role model, how to deal with difficult instances and how to promote an inclusive organizational culture.

  • JUST HUMAN RESOURCES

    A practical training for HR-people where the participants will get to examine their own roles and responsibilities and learn about effective ways to integrate diversity, equality, and inclusion into their human resource management. 

  • SHORT LECTURES

    A variety of shorter lectures can be booked, e.g. on implicit bias, emotional burden, micro-aggressions, social safety and many other topics.

  • E-LEARNING

    Web-based training on diversity, equality, and inclusion in organisations. Further information can be found here.
